Cannot Cancel my TNT Sport Monthly Pass

I am unable to cancel my TNT Sport Monthly Pass on line which is paid for automatically by a credit card - can anyone help here, please. I can find nothing on line to do with cancelling. I have tried in the past calling BT but got no where. Thank you .

Can I cancel my discovery+ Premium (incl. TNT Sports)?

Yes, you can cancel your account at any time, no strings attached.

Simply log into MyBT, find discovery+ Premium (incl. TNT Sports) and choose ‘Cancel subscription’.

When you cancel, you can carry on watching content until your existing months billing period expires.

You need to cancel your subscription the day before it’s due to renew at the latest. You can check when your subscription is due to renew in MyBT.

"Simply" doesnt work. It's near impossible to cancel the account with a cancel button.

You can to contact then its a nightmare.

Even now i'm in a queue and I have tried every single method for the past hour to cancel and everyone on the forum who says just log in to my bt and cancel is chatting nonsense.

If it's a £29.99 monthly contract then it really is simple - just tap the button in My BT.
If it's any other type of subscription then I'm afraid you need to call.

Thats my £29.99 contract and it isnt available to cancel on MyBT.

MyBT > Your Products > Manage > TNT Sports > Manage > Discovery+ > Manage

Then it takes me back to discover plus where it tells me I cannot cancel unless on BT website of which it offers me a link and sends me back to where I started.

Please assist this if you can.
