New BT Package

Just signed up to our new BT Package after a very long and confusing conversation only to discover my package does not include Sports TNT as it did whilst out of contract. I feel completely conned as I was not told this would happen and did not think to ask. Is there any way to resurrect this?

It sounds like you’re on either the Entertainment package or Big Entertainment package, as those are the only ones that don’t have sport. You can add Sport ( TNT Sports + Eurosport) to either of those on a month by month basis. You must have a base pack which can be changed each month, but you are also able to supplement that by using add ons.
