Cancel TNT Sports

Good Morning All,

I need help. I wish to cancel my TNT sports package. I do not have the ability to do it in the login.

When i call BT (i do not have a line contract with BT - its with Sky) as soon as i input the number nothing happens and the line goes silent.

I am absolutely shocked how impossible BT are to contact. Totally unacceptable.

What do i need to do to cancel my subscription?
