Eurosport Channels Not Working

Hello

Would appreciate some guidance if anyone can help please?

With the Sport package should Eurosport 1 and 2 be working and visible on the BT TV Box Pro?

The channels appear in the EPG but do not work.

The Eurosport channels will appear in your TV box EPG (guide) but need to be set up (normally a one off action that you are promoted to do ) or subscribed to (as part of a TV a package). There are SD and HD channels , the HD channels needing additional subscription add on.

So what happens when you attempt to access the Eurosport 1 or 2 channels ? What messages if any do you see ?

If you also use the discovery+ app are you able to watch the Eurosport channels on that app ?

Thanks zulu17 for the reply. Package includes Sport.

TNT Sport channels work fine.

On Eurosport 1 and 2 the message displayed is "You need to set up Eurosport 1/2 or add it to your package".

Discovery app working fine and can watch all TNT, Eurosport and other Discovery channels via the app.

Box software and apps all up to date.

Just don't understand why the Eurosport channels not working on bt TV pro box.

If its a fault I can then report it or is this normal set up for sport package.

Just checking that when you get that " You need to set up Eurosport 1 or add it to your TV package" there is normally a Press OK for more info.

When you press OK button at that point it normally does one of three things , 1 sets up the channel family and you can watch straight away or 2 presents you with a screen about a TV packag recommendation ,or 3 gives a Sorry -there's been a problem message.

Thanks for the information. Much appreciated.

The message displayed is "Switch to EE TV".

Seems odd as already subscribed to the Sport package.

Report as a fault?
