Unable to cancel monthly TNT subscription

I am unable to cancel my TNT monthly package online; consistently getting the same error message every time I try.

Annoyingly I've now paid for a month in which I have no intention to use it (partially my own fault for leaving it until the last minute to try). Is anyone able to cancel it from here without me having to phone up?

I have, but just get told that the chat can't help with that.
