Sound problems on TNT Sports Channels

We have been having problems with the sound cutting in and out on TNT and also the picture freezing.

We have rebooted everything, but it didn't help.

Contacted BT yestrrday and they updated software and it seemed better last night, but this morning it's back again.

Found a way around this on the community board: pause the channel and it seems to be okay again! No good though if you are recording anything.

Really annoying to watch when the sound keeps going. We just gave up yesterday!

Help!!

Hi,

I also have that issue watching on my youview box,but i now go to discovery + & there is no sound or picture problem watching sport on there.If you go to your MYBT & see if Discovery + is in your product section,i'm not all that technical but if it is there you may need to activate it.
