message is displayed for upcoming sports events (both TNT sports and Eurosport) on discovery+ app on EETV box pro and also on Samsung TV. (So not unique to EETV hardware)

That message does not appear on the mobile discovery + apps .I have checked Samsung phone and iPAD.

My impression is that the message is being displayed in error as I have monitored that when the upcoming event actually starts it is viewable.

As the error relates to the affiliate provider which would be EE or BT I am posting here as the discovery + help centre seems to direct to its affilate.
