Im trying to get the Discovery+ Premium including TNT sports package as a add on to my bt broadband, however i keep getting this message( We're sorry...Order journeys online are not supported for TNT Sports Monthly Pass acc) can anyone help???

I think this is the same issue. It needs to be raised as a fault in order to be resolved by the appropriate team. It appears to have been unresolved for quite a while.

Whats the best way to buy tnt/discovery package then, do you know by any chance?

It appears to me that the online option that you and others are trying to use has a fault on it which needs to be reported in order to be resolved. The sooner a fault is raised the quicker it will be sorted.
