EE TV app error AJ921

Trying to watch TNT sports through my EE TV app and I get the error Issues Logging in Error (AJ921) on iPhone and (AJ905) on iPad so it’s not just a problem on one device. Also tried an android device and does the same thing?

I’ve logged out and logged back in and it still appears. Any ideas? Was working fine yesterday and not changed anything in that time.

Hi. I’m not alone then. Getting the same and have tried removing and reinstalling the App.
TV box is working fine but not on my iPhone.

Yes same here, my TV box is working, just not the apps. It’s clearly a technical issue with user’s accounts. Frustrating when you pay a lot of money for it to not work.

I’m guessing they’ll be lots more posts about this. It is annoying but like you my box is working fine so it’s down to the App.

Yep, saw your comment and indeed it’s working again on my phone. Enjoy I’m guessing the footie and if anyone from BT saw these comments and acted on them , thank you.

An issue with the app authentication system was spotted just before 6pm and raised immediately. Service was restored just before 8pm.
