TNT sports keeps stopping

Has anyone else recently found that tnt sports keeps stopping after 8 minutes?! I tried watching a football match linked to tv with hdmi cable from ipad and every 8 mins it stopped. Not had this before. Any ideas other than ending my subscription?!

How are you watching TNT Sports ? Is this on the iPad discovery+ app or the EE TV app ?

Do you have any alternative means of viewing ?

Hi, I have it on 2 iPads one of which I can connect to my old tv via an hdmi lead and the Apple connecter …I can’t cast. I just want to put it onto my tv! I’ve done it before but never had it stopping every 8 minutes before…ruined the game!

We don't want you to have ay issues with using TNT Sports, so I'd love to help you with this. Is this happening everytime tou watch, or was it just for one game in particular?

Does this happen on all devices, or just when you try to cast?

Hi,

it’s happened the last 2 times I’ve tried to watch a game on my tv using hdmi with Apple connecter cable.

i only have one device which I can do this with…I cannot cast as it’s an old tv!

I watched a game just on the iPad Pro and it was ok.

i would appreciate if you can help as prime isn’t updating their app anymore so have lost that too so i may be ending both subscriptions if this isn’t sorted!

This does seem odd @Strol, though it may be linked to the connection you're using, if you don't have this difficulty when watching on your tablet.

You could plug a Chromecast dongle into the HDMI socket on your old TV to allow you to cast from your iPad. Less faff than using a cable though I do keep one to hand for those online streaming web sites on my laptop which do not support casting.
