Can't buy TNT Sports for Sky TV

When trying to purchase TNT Sports for Sky TV here https://www.bt.com/sport/buy I get the following error message after inputting my sky viewing card details and my address (exactly the same as it is on my account details).

"The TNT sports on sky can only be added by existing BT Broadband Customer. We couldn't find any BT Broadband at a given Post code/account Number."

Can anyone help please?

you need to be a BT Broadband customer and you can then add tnt sports by providing viewing card number. the BT account and the Sky account need to be in same and at same address. from previous posts say BT in your name and sky in partners name then that won't work

as you are a sky TV customer can you not add TNT sports to your existing sky package
