Quality of Sports with HD and 4K add on

I have the Sports package with added HD and 4K but the picture quality is relatively poor. I might as well save the added cost. Is there a solution?

Looking at the logs for your subscription @John1949 you're not actually watching the HD channels. e.g. TNT Sports 1 is on channel 430 in HD, but you're still watching 408 in SD.

Are you still here? I thought you’d handed yourself in a few weeks ago.

If I’d seen this thread first, I’d have asked if the OP was sure that they weren’t watching the SD channels by mistake. The fact that Darren is able to check that and tell the OP is very helpful and he seemed to be grateful to be told that. Even though he was rather embarrassed about it at the same time.
