Returning broken/replaced kit.

I have recently had my broken TV box replaced. .very quickly thank you BT. However, where on earth is the link to get a returns envelope to return the old gubbins? I have searched and searched an for the life of me can't find it. HELP

@NeilO recently explained this to another user but I can't find the post now, from memory;

There should be a link in MyBT but it is only visible when BT are awaiting equipment return from you
