How do I "Contact BT"

How do I contact BT?. I do not have a complaint. I just need to speak with someone about my account.

The "My BT" and "Contact BT" options have me running around in circles without actually giving me an e-mail address to contact.

Thank you for this. I eventually got to speak with someone but only after going through options and texts etc, and finally on the third call going to the "are you planning to cancel" options. It seems this is the only thing that warrants sorting out simple problems. Even then the assistant tried to sell me things before I could hang up.

They ask you to phone about BT mobile issues when I don't have a service!!!!!
