kit return

I returned the kit at the beginning of the month and today I receive an email saying that the kit was not returned, I have the proof of delivery and I can send it if necessary, and please take me out of the system because I already received an account £50 and I won't pay.

no sorry, i returned the kid, royal mail states it was delivered. yet i am still being requested to return
