    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently received a new BT Smart Hub 2 - no idea why it was sent to me, then a day or two later BT asked me to return a Smart Hub 2 or get a £50 bill &amp;nbsp;if I did not !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All very strange and somewhat annoying to say the least.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SO, I got the return pack and sent back on 21st March - tracking shows it has been redelivered .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yet I am still getting émail and texts telling. me to return or face a bill&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't &amp;nbsp;get through to BT to save my life let alone get this addressed with &amp;nbsp;40+ mins sat in a queue each time, &amp;nbsp;before I &amp;nbsp;run out of patience and give up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any &amp;nbsp;suggestions on how I get this sorted ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
