    <description>&lt;P&gt;I spoke to BT customer service later today they took my postal tracking number for record then sent me an email to say Item Returned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Great customer service&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Awaiting confirmation of Smarthub 2 return</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/71673"&gt;@sonyse2t5&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't worry, you've got the tracking to prove delivery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There seems to be quite a delay in processing returns as is indicated by the number of similar queries posted here very regularly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think a 2-3 week delay is not unusual so give it a bit of time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
