Hi can someone tell me when I get the virtual reward card I claimed it on 20th feb told me will be arriving by email 30 days ty

@Sarahq123 Thanks for getting back to me, the reward card will be emailed to you once the 14 day cooling-off period has finished so you should have it by the 7th of April.

Hi is this a definite as I was told 30 days from claiming

I no people have had a few problems n ty for replying to me
