Still waiting on a reward card since the 15th February

Hello,

I recently changed over my broadband provider to BT and have registered to receive my reward card with £90 on it and I haven't heard anything since the 15th February when I had an email saying that BT would send me details on how to access the card.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hi @tom16_, welcome to the forum and sorry you've not received your reward card.

Have you managed to Claim your Reward Card ok?
If you've claimed it on the 15the of February please check your spam/junk folder as it can end up in there in some cases.

Thanks for your reply. It says on my account that the dispatch date was the 15th February and that I have no other rewards to claim....

Just to confirm you've checked the spam/junk folder and the virtual reward card was not there. It would have been on the 15th or the 16th at the latest.

Hi John, I've just checked again and there isn't anything there on or around the 15th February.
