      <title>Account not set up correctly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently subscribed to BT Broadband&amp;nbsp; and I am having following issuess:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. When I log in I see two accounts, one of them is the old one that should be closed some years ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. When I switch to my new account , under Your Products there are no products shown.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Remove my old, obsolete account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Have Broadband added to My Products. Not having this set up prevents me from setting up My Extras, such as Parentall Controlls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;this is a customer help customer community forum and you post does not go to BT&amp;nbsp; try phoning CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and they should be able to help you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for sending over the details. I'm glad I was able to get this sorted. Our BT.Com guys reset the account and added the information. Post back if you have any other problems.&lt;/P&gt;
