Amazon Voucher not received

Hi, I have two Amazon Vouchers that have yet to be received, I have had the email saying that the criteria was met and the voucher would be received in 30 days.
One is from 5 months ago, and is my parents as the referee that have yet to receive, they referred me, I have had mine approx 2 months and had to chase, but they are still waiting.
The other I referred a friend over 2 months ago and both of us had mail to say the voucher would be with us in 30 days, that was about 60 days ago.
Come on BT don’t advertise a lucrative scheme and not keep you end of the deal. Looking through the threads looks like everyone has the same issues.
