      <title>Getting a returns bag for router when no longer a BT customer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can someone please tell me how I can get hold of a BT returns bag. We are no longer BT customers so cannot go on line to order one and I have lost the one they sent me. I need to send the router back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is it that you think they will charge you for? it's a free phone number regardless of how many times you call it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for them not answering, I was as critical of them as anyone can be, they were terrible, but the last time I called them (around 10 or 12 days ago) the call lasted less than 5 minutes (ish) from me dialling the number to speaking to a human being and hanging up having achieved what I'd rung for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
