    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don’t know whether anyone else has come across this, but I received an email from BT stating that I had changed my package. &amp;nbsp;I contacted BT Chat and was told that this was done via a BT shop. &amp;nbsp;I haven’t stepped inside a BT shop for years. &amp;nbsp;I had understood that the person had chat had cancelled the change. &amp;nbsp;I then received another email stating my new hub is on it’s way! &amp;nbsp;I contacted Chat again and was told that they couldn’t cancel it and I would need to call BT. &amp;nbsp;I have just done this and established that it may have been done in an EE Store. &amp;nbsp;Has this happened to anyone else?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don’t know whether anyone else has come across this, but I received an email from BT stating that I had changed my package. &amp;nbsp;I contacted BT Chat and was told that this was done via a BT shop. &amp;nbsp;I haven’t stepped inside a BT shop for years. &amp;nbsp;I had understood that the person had chat had cancelled the change. &amp;nbsp;I then received another email stating my new hub is on it’s way! &amp;nbsp;I contacted Chat again and was told that they couldn’t cancel it and I would need to call BT. &amp;nbsp;I have just done this and established that it may have been done in an EE Store. &amp;nbsp;Has this happened to anyone else?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
