&lt;P&gt;I am sorry for the problems you're having arranging a returns kit and that you're now being told you'll be charged.&amp;nbsp; I appreciate you trying to call us to get the returns kit ordered.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We can pick this up from here and help sort this out.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you.       <title>Charged for non return of package.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Afternoon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been sent multiple emails asking me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;to return kit or I shall be charged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Initially I sent kit back, but unfortunately it was the wrong piece (my fault), so I contacted the bt team on chat to request another bag. I have tried this several times. I also tried calling but got cut off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After still not receiving a new bag, I have had ANOTHER email this morning saying I am being charged £89.00 for not returning kit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I HAVE TRIED!!!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thank in advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mrs Kelly Peedell.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
