How come I'm have an extra £12 charge for. I been called by customer service regarding increase in my account from £27 to £28.61. why am I getting that extra charge please someone explain this to

If you call BT Billing on 0800.800.150 they should be able to answer your question.

BT phoned regarding an increase in cost? I smell something fishy here, really fishy!

I hope you did not give them any bank details over the phone, or any other personal info. BT would never call you about your bill.

No they didn't ask for any information or bank details
