    <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Hi,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I've recently re-signed up to BT for full fibre which has now been activated.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I'm trying to view my products as I may want to add something, but I'm unable to see the products from my new account. I can see the bill for my new account as there is an account dropdown to switch, but this isn't there when looking at products.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Is it possible to either change the default account or delete the old one?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
