Separate new account from old ones?

I recently signed up to Fibre 900 and upon registering, I used the email address that was a joint one for my ex & myself.

Now that the broadband is live, when I log in, it shows 3 accounts.

Is there a way so that my new current one can show separately if I use a new email address?
