I changed my package in April (special offer/pricing) with a new 24 month contract which I believe had the same 'free' 12 month gamepass offer.</P><P>I didn't receive any email to change the start date of the 12 month gamepass offer to run from April instead it just continued in my account as a 12 month offer from Dec 21.</P><P>Is this correct?
