    <description>&lt;P&gt;Order placed for Full Fibre 150 upgrade on 14th April, router/equipment being delivered on 6th May.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appointment slot confirmed as 9th May for upgrade/installation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just received a text stating that the appointment was rescheduled to 11th OCTOBER.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has to be a typo, because that would imply I would be without internet for half a year.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would someone be able to reach out to me via email or message to confirm that this is a mistake - thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
