What is your speed supposed to be ? it surely can't be 4Mb/s these days and for that price. It seems to me you would be better off reporting it as faulty and getting it fixed rather than paying what would most likely be an expensive exit fee

Hi,

I've been paying £60 per month for Halo and the max download speed I can achieve is 4Mbps. Fibrus moved to my area in September (a month after my BT contract renewal) and I can now get 1GB download via them. How painless is it going to be to get out of my contract given the amount I'm being charged for a terrible service? I need better speed for my job and can't afford both contracts, especially not with how bills are rising now.

If you have 12/18 months remaining on contract then early termination will be expensive. You can try phoning options team 0800800030 and ask them what cost will be
