Hi, I'm having trouble with tracking my reward card, i claimed this on april 9th, and have been unable to track it, does anyone know when i might receive this, thank you

Hi @Dodgeavfc11,

Was April 9th the day that your order was confirmed or placed? If so, has your service gone live? 14 days after your order completes, and you're happy with your service, we will send you the reward card. Since you have already claimed it, you won't need to do anything else.

Thank you for the message, i didnt actually go live until 27th april, but claimed the reward card april 9th, so thats answered my question, thank you

Hi, i've received an email saying we've sent your virtual reward card, then when i open it it says were send it soon and to track it, but its not letting me track it
