&lt;P&gt;If you already claimed the reward card as per -&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/manage/bt-reward-card/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Claiming your BT Reward Card,&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;you'll need to contact Pure Card on&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;0344&amp;nbsp;879 1068 or by email&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="mailto:bt@purecard.com" data-di-id="di-id-85d7880c-426a87a8" target="_blank"&gt;bt@purecard.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and they'll be able to chase this for you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Issue claiming virtual reward card</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I claimed the £75 virtual reward card on the 26th January , but haven't received it yet. When I click on track my rewards it just goes to a broken web page where I can't do anything. I've called bt several times and spoken to the rewards team, but nothing gets resolved and its back to square one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Can anyone help at all? Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
