No Amazon referral vouchers since January?

Hi,

I was referred to BT from a friend, and neither of us have got the proimised £50 amazon vouchers. I've got an email in January saying it should arrive in the next 30 days, but clearly that time has passed. Asked the friend to check the referral status page that they say exists, but they cant find a way to check there.

I've seen various reports of this - anyone else in the same boat or have any advice on how to resolve? Preferrably without being on hold half a day 😂
