I referred a friend in march ive still not received £50 amazon voucher and when I go into claim my rewards it says I don't have any

Hi, @Benboa20 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, has it been 45 days since your friend's broadband has been connected? The rewards claim page isn't for the refer a friend offer as the Amazon voucher is emailed automatically when the refer a friend Terms and conditions checks are complete.
