    <description>&lt;P&gt;It is presently taking about four weeks for accounts to be updated.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could call BT with the proof of postage and they will update it for you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do not want to call there is no way to have it updated by email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Returning Broadband equipment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT have asked me to return some equipment (of which I have) but they haven't received it.&amp;nbsp; I have proof from the Post Office that it has been returned.&amp;nbsp; BT are now texting me to say I must return this equipment or else have to pay for it.&amp;nbsp; They are not giving me any way of contacting them beside phoning them of which I don't have time to do.&amp;nbsp; What I'd like to do is email them a copy of proof of postage.&amp;nbsp; I am not on twitter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
