      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I just check how's my returns, it shows "awaiting returns", I send the equipments 29/04/2022,.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also I check royal mail status, it shows the items was delivered 1/05/2022, 11 days ago...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone can help what's goin on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is presently taking three to four weeks for accounts to be updated.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you call BT 0800.800.150 with your Proof of Postage they should be able to update your account for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting. It normally takes around 3 - 4 weeks for the equipment to be marked as returned once it's been sent back to BT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you ring the number as suggested&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/104648"&gt;@gg30340&lt;/a&gt;, they'll be able to mark that as returned right away.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, I can also do this for you, if you send me your details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
