&lt;P&gt;This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All you can do is to ring BT. If any equipment arrives, then they should send you a returns bag.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you cancelled within 48 hours of your service going active, then it would have been too late to stop equipment being sent out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cancel order</title>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I phoned up to cancel my order but when I look online it’s say my order is still open. So I phoned up again to say I had cancelled my order and I got told it has been cancelled. Then i got a email on the 12th to say my hub is on the way. So you can’t off cancelled it.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;When i ask you to and you told me it was cancelled &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
