Still not received Reward card

Can someone help me with my reward card claim? I claimed my £70 Reward card on the 6th April. I have received a message saying I would receive it shortly on the 7th May. I have heard nothing else since. I have contacted bt@purecard.com and they said they haven’t received an order. Please help.
