    <description>&lt;P&gt;At present it is taking BT three to four weeks to update accounts after receipt of returned equipment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want you can call BT 0800.800.150 with your Proof of Postage and they can update your account right away.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I returned our BT equipment at the post office on 6 May however I have just received a letter from BT yesterday (16 May) saying they've not received anything. I have a proof of posting from the post office.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry that you were still being chased for the equipment after returning it on 6th May.&amp;nbsp; I have marked it as returned this morning and recorded the reference number you gave me from your proof of postage - thanks for that.&lt;/P&gt;
