Broadband end of contract

Hi,

My contract is finishing the 4th of June, I understand the homehub has to go back to BT, will BT be sending me a package when this happens so I am able to return the homehub back to BT? Or do i have to request somewhere for this to happen?

Hi @kpovey47 Do you mean end of service, as the end of the minimum term contract doesn’t mean the end of the service.

Hi, I mean end of contract, switching to another provider for all my services(fibre+phone), everything BT related ends on the 4th of June.

Hi @kpovey47 The answer depends on how long have you had the Home Hub and which model? If they want it back they will send you the return packaging.
