&lt;P&gt;Also, have you tried adding the account via the MyBT website? Login to &lt;A href="http://www.bt.com/mybt" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;MyBT&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;on a web browser, click your details then account and on that page you can add an account.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Yes, tried website and app. Website advises may take to minutes to add, but never does. The app. advises 'Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.' This is followed by three bouncing balls.</description>
