Hi,

I am on Jobseekers Allowance. A few months back, I checked here: https://www.bt.com/exp/broadband/home-essentials and there was an uncapped deal for £20pcm. Now I can only see a capped (36Mb-ish) deal for £15. (The interface was slightly different then and three options used to come up - capped, uncapped, and phone only)

Literature (inc. BT's own, e.g.: https://www.bt.com/content/dam/bt/help/home-essentials/102076_Home_Essentials_Online.pdf) says the £20 tariff is available, and my line is certainly capable of it (currently getting 55ish Mbps - just rechecked with https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/).

Can somebody explain?
