Hi, I have spoken to BT on the phone this afternoon, but wish to follow up with an email to customer services.

Can anyone please tell me what the email address for BT customer services is please?

There isn't one. You have to call or use the Online Chat.

Next time you phone ask if they can supply you with a contact email address and if you could post back the reply you were given it might help others.
