@linzicarl2022 You will be able to see the due date on your MyBT. As you cannot access this, you will have to wait until Mandy the Moderator sorts out your password problem.

1st bill is typically generated a few days after it goes live, that first bill will be slightly higher than normal, this is due to BT billing in advance, so you'll have the few days between going live and the bill generated, then a month in advance plus any activation/setup or postage charges, once generated the payment is due around 7 days later.

Month 2 will be the normal price you agreed when you joined.

I still cant get on my bt it wont let me add an account and i dont know what my phone number is and i want to see my my 1st bill is and when it needs paying
