      <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned a BT TV box on May 24th and tracking showed it delivered on May 26th.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had an email today saying I had not returned it. How do I chase this up as I don't want to be charged £115.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Pick up the phone or reply back to the email with tracking number would be your best option i suspect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is presently taking three to four weeks to update accounts after BT receive returned property.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you call BT 0800.800.150 with your Proof of Postage customer services can update your account at that time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
