    <description>&lt;P&gt;I also have had this problem. I claimed my reward card on 8 May but have had no response to email. I called purecard who told me BT had not sent a request. When you call the number on the BT website there isn’t even an option for this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there another number to call? Many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry that you haven't had a response since claiming for your reward card.&amp;nbsp; I appreciate the time you have spent on the phone with Purecard trying to get this sorted out.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you.
