Contacting help desk for deals

Probably the wrong board selected but here goes...

For quite a while I've been advised to call 01324 452504 to negotiate a new contract (as normal BT sales on 0800 800 150 cant see shareholders offer on their screen). I've had dealings with various centers (Belfast, Glasgow, Doncaster etc) And after my last call 2 years ago Duncan told me to use this number next time to talk through the options.

The number is no longer available and my contract is up for renewal. Does anyone have an up to date number to avoid the mind-numbing alternative of going pillar to post via the published number?

As a BT pensioner and shareholder there were always deals to be done but has BT run it's course now?

It would be the normal contact route now, it's the Loyalty team who deal with retentions, use the number @licquorice posted or the generic 0800 800 150
