      <title>New account not showing properly in MyBT</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having come back to BT , my original MyBT account reactivated so i see my old account and the mother-inlaw's ( which we used to help manage).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My new account is listed only in the show my Bill, all other options it doesn't appear only the old closed account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So i cant manage any services on new account or claim my BT digital reward card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phill&lt;/P&gt;</description>
