so currently bill was due on 19th was told to pay before the 29th or incrue charges. what is the latest i can get an extension without being terminated is it the 29th? i need an extension to the 8th of july i’m aware this might not be possible. never miss bills and pay them every month

you need to phone CS 150 or 0800800150 and talk to BT before you get cut off and takes days after payment to get reconnected
