can anyone explain this? is it anything to do with enabling 'game pass' in May? i dont recall doing it then? but my memory isnt great of late....

I just looked at my billing and noticed it seems to imply my 1year free Game pass started in May 2022 (but I signed up on November 11th, 2021) - it is still £0.00, which is great, but there is NO OPTION to click so that it doesn't 'auto-renew' after 11th November 2022 or 14th May 2023- as I don't really use it that much tbh - ill have it while it's free for now, but id like to disable auto-renewal as i did on Xbox.com (before i signed to BT)

so does this mean i started it in MAY gone? can a staff member check for me please as I dont want to be paying more money after a 10% increase just 3 months after signing up to a 2 year contract!
